O R D E R

% 09.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to find a match for his daughter who is of marriageable age, to arrange funds and maintain social ties.

On a notice being issued, a status report has been filed verifying that the family of the petitioner has been residing at Jhuggi No. 265/467, Indira Gandhi Camp Tamoor Nagar, New Delhi. It has also been verified that the daughter of the petitioner is of marriageable age. Considering the facts verified and as per the nominal roll the last parole granted to the petitioner being on 10th March, 2017 which concession he did not misuse, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 2274/2017

It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ CMM concerned.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
