% 14.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has initiated the proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 against the respondents and their properties that is secured assets. He submits that in view thereof, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh, in case need so arises.
