O R D E R
% 20.12.2017 Aggrieved by the order dated 25th July, 2017 rejecting the application of the petitioner seeking furlough the petitioner prefers the present petition. As per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner was granted furlough for a period of two weeks from 2nd February, 2017 to 17th February, 2017 which the petitioner jumped and did not surrender in time and had to be re-arrested on 7th June, 2017. Since furlough is a reward of good conduct, this Court cannot hold that the order passed by the competent authority suffers from any illegality.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
