By this petition the petitioner challenges the communication dated 14th June, 2017 whereby the parole was declined to him for adverse police reports and the ground was not found convincing. 2.
A status report has been filed. As per the status report the petitioner has four sons and two daughters all of whom are married and selfdependent. Further after the petitioner was rejected parole by the competent authority, he was granted furlough for a period of two weeks by the DG (Prisons). 3.
Considering that the parole is sought on the ground of re-establishing ties and to look after the ailing wife, after the communication rejecting parole, the petitioner was granted furlough, this Court finds no ground to W.P.(CRL) 2270/2017
