The appellant/Insurance Company by virtue of the present appeal, seeks reduction of the amount of compensation awarded vide judgment dated 16.03.2015 by the learned Tribunal. The record reveals that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire awarded amount in terms of the order dated 17.07.2015 passed by the High Court of Delhi.

We have interacted with the learned Counsel/parties concerned. Apropos such interaction and due deliberation, it is agreed between the parties that out of the awarded amount, a lump sum amount of Rs. 1,40,000/- be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company and the balance amount along with total accrued interest shall be paid to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Accordingly, the Ld. Registrar General shall release the balance deposited amount along with the total accrued interest in favour of the claimant/respondent no.1 along with the total accrued interest subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities. 4.
The Registrar General shall refund a total sum of Rs. 1,40,000/- to the appellant/Insurance Company.

The statutory amount deposited as a pre-condition for filing appeal with interest, if any, be refunded to the Insurance Company. 6.
The present appeal alongwith the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of with directions in terms of the foregoing settlement. 7.
A copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Tribunal with LCR, if requisitioned and received.
