FAO(OS) 146/2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that as the question of granting injunction is pending consideration before the learned Single Judge, at this stage, the indulgence in to the matter by us is not appropriate. However, learned counsel for the parties agreed that they have no objection if the date already fixed i.e.

October 08, 2018 is preponed to October 03, 2018. Considering the same, we dispose of the appeal with a request to the learned Single Judge to hear the question of granting injunction on October 03, 2018. Office to list this matter on October 03, 2018 before appropriate Bench.
