This order is in continuation of the earlier orders dated 6th September, 2017 and 21st September, 2017.

Though the office report is of the petitioner having not taken steps to serve the respondent but Mr. Bharat Singh Sisodia counsel for the respondent appears and states that Mr. Dharam Singh son of the respondent Mr. Nishan Singh is also present in Court.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already vacated the premises from which he has been ordered to be evicted and against which order this Rent Control Revision Petition was preferred and is in Court handing over keys of the tenanted premises to the counsel for the respondent and the respondent, on opening the lock on the door of the said premises with the said keys, shall get vacant peaceful physically possession of the premises. 4.
The counsel for the respondent confirms.
