% 09.10.2017 This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.14/2016, under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to surrender before the Trial Court as the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender (P.O.).

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Trial Court on or before 13th October, 2017 and after surrender the petitioner shall move appropriate application before the Trial Court, who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. It is further directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing

bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned till 13th October, 2017. The bail application stands disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J OCTOBER 09, 2017 'dc'
