O R D E R

% 25.10.2018 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr P C filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.254/2010 under Section 323/342/354/34 IPC registered at police station Sunlight Colony, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2.

This petition has been filed on the basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 22.05.2017 before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi, which is annexed with the petition. Admittedly, the dispute is between the landlord and tenant and two cross cases were registered on the respective complaints of parties.

The petitioners have since withdrew their cases against the respondents No.2 & 3 pursuant to the aforesaid settlement, hence this petition.

The respondent No.2/complainant and respondent No.3 have been duly identified by the Investigating Officer concerned and says they have no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners. The learned APP informs charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners before learned Trial Court and has no objection if the FIR is quashed as it was primarily a dispute between the landlord and tenant which culminated into this FIR.

In view of above statements made by the parties, FIR No.254/2010 under Section 323/342/354/34 IPC registered at police station Sunlight Colony against the petitioners and all the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
