This Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) impugns the order [dated 7th July, 2017 in Suit No.8/2017 of the Court of Principal Judge, MACT-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi] staying the warrant of attachment of the property of the petitioner subject to the petitioner depositing the decretal amount in the Court.

Revision Petition under Section 115 of the CPC would not lie owing to the proviso to Sub-Section (1) thereof.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
