O R D E R

% 09.01.2017 Property disputes between the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and respondent no.2 had led to registration of present FIR 1230/15 under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC at police station Bindapur, on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 10th May, 2016. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by her counsel. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue pressure, force or coercion. She also admits having received entire settled amount i.e. `3 lacs. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the

settlement.

Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as, terms of settlement have been complied with, in the interest of justice, FIR 1230/15 under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at police station Bindapur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
