The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.664/2016 registered under Sections 376/328/506 IPC at PS New Usmanpur. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2016. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has since been filed. The prosecutrix is a married lady. There is inordinate delay in BAIL APPLN. 2657/2016

lodging the FIR.

Physical relations took place between the two several times albeit on the alleged threat to circulate her nude video. The prosecutrix levelled allegations against the other family members who allegedly instigated the petitioner in the crime. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
