In paragraph no. 8, at serial no. 19, let "defendant no. 6" be read as "defendant no. 5".

In paragraph no. 9, serial no. 11 stands deleted. III. In paragraph no. 9, at serial no. 16, "Letter dated 24.07.1973" be read as "Letter dated 28.07.1973".
