The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

It is stated that the private respondent no.5 has given an undertaking dated 20th March, 2026, to the petitioner Society in terms of which he has agreed not to raise any illegal structure in the subject farm and to adhere to the MCD-approved plan.

A copy of the undertaking has been filed along with the application. 4.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The next date of hearing fixed before the Court on 1st September, 2026 stands cancelled.
