O R D E R

% 18.01.2019 After some arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the rate of interest granted by the trial court is modified from 15% per annum to 9% per annum provided that the entire decretal amount as modified by today's consent order by reducing rate of interest to 9% per annum be paid within a period of three months from today.

In case, the amount due is not paid in terms of the impugned judgment and decree as modified by this order within three months, the rate of interest as stated in the impugned judgment will stand revived.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid consent order.
