% 08.08.2017 Ms. Kaur, ld. counsel for the respondent no.3 states that the property in question was found to be raised without any sanctioned building plan and it was booked on 26.07.2017; demolition order has come to be passed on 03.08.2017; work stop notice was issued on 25.07.2017 and now the demolition is scheduled for 25.08.2017. In view thereof, the petition is without any cause of action and dismissed accordingly.
