% 21.08.2017 We are of the opinion that interference with the impugned order which declines interim relief is not warranted in the circumstances of the case. However, it will be open to the appellant to apply for hearing of the petition having regard to her retirement from service. In such a case, the Single Judge may consider the request for expedited hearing on its merits. The appeal is accordingly disposed of along with pending applications.
