% 24.01.2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 458/2018, under Sections 308/341/34 of IPC, registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.

While entertaining this application, interim protection was granted to petitioner with direction to join investigation. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.

Upon hearing and on perusal of status report, interim order of 28th September, 2018 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer concerned.

It is made clear that if petitioner tampers with evidence or fails to join investigation, the respondent-State is at liberty to get this order revoked.
