O R D E R

% 11.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 481/2017 initially registered under Section 363 IPC wherein charge has been framed against the petitioner for offences punishable under Sections 354/354B IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act in short 'POCSO' Act.

Along with the status report, copy of the statement of the prosecutrix who has been examined in Court has been placed on record. Considering that the material witness has since been examined and the fact that the prosecutrix had earlier also appeared before this Court in the Writ Petition for habeas corpus filed by her parents, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner.

BAIL APPLN. 2330/2018

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Further the petitioner will give his address where he will be residing during the course of trial and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the learned Trial Court by way of an affidavit. Petition is disposed of.
