% 16.10.2018 The grievance made in this petition is that despite order of 2nd February, 2016 (Annexure P-1), petitioners' appeal (Annexure P-4) is still pending before second respondent-Additional District Magistrate and the next date of hearing is 5th November, 2018.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that due to shifting of the office of second respondent, petitioners' appeal (Annexure P-4) is still pending and now the office of second respondent stands shifted. In the above background, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with direction to second respondent to ensure that petitioners' appeal (Annexure P-4) is positively decided within a period of six months from the date already fixed and its fate be conveyed to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners W.P.(C) 11257/2018

may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Second respondent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
