O R D E R

% 01.11.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix made a complaint before the National Commission for Women on 02.05.2018 wherein she has stated that petitioner had married her on 02.02.2018 in Arya Samaj Mandir.

However, thereafter petitioner avoided her and even remarried another lady on 29.04.2018 in Bihar. Learned counsel further submits that in the FIR prosecutrix has improved her version by alleging that petitioner had raped her in the month of January, 2016 and even thereafter. Petitioner is in custody for the last about four months. Therefore, it is prayed that petitioner may be admitted to bail. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of

`20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
