2. Notice. Mr. Rahul Sharma, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and states that the refund order will be issued within two weeks.

3. It is, accordingly, directed that refund order be issued within four weeks from today and the refund amount along with the interest due thereupon be paid directly to the Petitioner's account within two weeks thereafter.

4. In the event, the Petitioner has any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it would be open to it to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
