% 17.08.2016 CM 29845/2016 in W.P.(C) 6798/2015 This is an application on behalf of the petitioner seeking correction of a typographical error which has crept into the judgment dated 19.07.2016. The error is that the village has been described as 'Jasola' in paragraph 3 of the said judgment whereas it should actually be 'Mehrauli'. We have gone through the writ petition as well as the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents and we find that the reference to the land in question is with regard to the village Mehrauli and not the village Jasola. Consequently, the judgment dated 19.07.2016 is corrected by substituting the word Mehrauli for the word Jasola appearing in paragraph 3 of the said judgment. The corrected judgment shall be uploaded on to the website and it shall indicate that the correction has been made by virtue of this order. The application stands allowed.
