There is no appearance on behalf of the applicant/petitioner. This petition was disposed of on 08.05.2017. The respondent handed over a cheque of Rs.20,000/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Subsequently, it was found by the petitioner/applicant that the date of the cheque has been wrongly written and cheque could not be presented.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that they will pay the amount of Rs.20,000/- to the petitioner by way of Demand Draft within a week against an acknowledgment. 3.
