1. The learned counsel for the Respondent states that the refund order will be issued within two weeks from today. The assurance is taken on record.

2. The refund amount, together with interest due on the same, be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner within two weeks from today. In case there is any grievance as to non-compliance with the above order, the Petitioner is at liberty to seek the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of.
