O R D E R

% 09.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.22/2004 under Sections 363/506 IPC registered at Police Station Khajoori Khas on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.

Petitioner is sister-in-law of the respondent no. 2. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Jaiveer Singh, P.S. Khajoori Khas. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and is not willing to

pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in view of the fact that petitioner and respondent no.2 are related to each other, they have settled the matter vide Compromise Deed dated 28th July, 2017 and respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.22/2004 under Sections 363/506 IPC registered at Police Station Khajoori Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
