By way of present joint application, the parties seek recording of the settlement arrived at inter se the parties.

It is submitted in the application that the present Suit and the Counter Claim No. 08/2019 have been duly settled inter se the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Deed dated 10.05.2024.

It is further submitted that the statements of the parties have already been recorded in the Settlement Deed dated 10.05.2024. 4.
Both the parties to the present Suit as well as to the Counter Claim No.08/2019 undertake to remain bound by the terms which have duly been recorded in the Settlement Deed dated 10.05.2024. 5.
Therefore, the prayer is made that the parties may be permitted to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/05/2024 at 12:00:43
withdraw the present Suit as well as the Counter Claim No. 08/2019 in view of the Settlement Deed dated10.05.2024.

The plaintiff No. 1/Ashish Katyal and the defendant No. 2/Sanjay Dhawan are physically present in the Court and endorse the Settlement Dee dated 10.05.2024. Counsels for the parties also endorse the settlement on behalf of all the parties.

Considering the Settlement Deed dated 10.05.2024 which has duly been signed by all the parties, as well, as that the parties undertake to remain bound by the settlement terms, the application is allowed and the present Suit as well as Counter Claim No. 08/2019 are disposed of vide Settlement Deed dated 10.05.2024.

Since the matter has been settled in the mediation and the evidence is yet to commence, the Registry is directed to refund the court fee of the present Suit as well as of the Counter Claim No. 08/2019 to the parties, in accordance with law.
