An Applicatiaon for Leave to Appeal under Section 378(1) Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner challenging the Judgment of Acquittal dated 06.05.2017 passed by learned Special Judge (CBI) in case FIR No.121/2012 under Section 30/40/41 of Wild Life Protection Act registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi.

It is submitted in the Petition that there was sufficient evidence on record which the learned Trial Court has failed to appreciate. It was not appreciated that the Complainant has fully supported the Prosecution case on all material counts. Therefore, a prayer is made that the Leave Petition may be allowed.
