% 22.08.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by certain actions on the part of the respondent. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, a communication dated 10.08.2017 has been addressed by respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 3 wherein respondent No. 2 has informed to respondent No.3 that the recovery letter dated 16.05.2017 is being withdrawn as the appeal of the petitioner is pending before the appellate authority (respondent No. 2). Learned counsel for respondent admits that this communication has in fact been issued by respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 3.

In this view of the matter, this petition really does not survive.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
