% 01.11.2018 Order of 12th December, 2017 directs respondents No.1 to 3 to pass a speaking order on petitioner's Representation. Learned senior counsel for petitioner submits that directions issued on 12th December, 2017 have not been complied with, as first two respondents have not passed a speaking order and instead thereof, third respondent has passed order on 19th January, 2018. Upon hearing, I find that compliance of order of 12th December, 2017 has been made in substance and there is no justification to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition and application are dismissed. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE NOVEMBER 01, 2018 r
