Ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to approach the concerned revenue authority for seeking demarcation of his land and restoration of possession.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty to have the recourse of the legal remedy as may be available under law. In view of the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 77 years, in the event, the petitioner makes an application before the concerned revenue authority for the reliefs pressed for W.P.(C) 6731/2017

within two weeks, it is expected of the concerned authority to dispose off such application as expeditiously as possible within six months from today.
