% 04.01.2018 Crl. M.A. No.129/2018 The present application has been filed by the respondent No.2 for release of the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner. As per office report no amount has been deposited in this case. During the proceedings, it has been transpired that the money was deposited in a proceedings emanating from Bail Application No.588/2014. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to move fresh application with entire particulars for release of the amount in compliance of order dated 02.11.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

Registry is directed to place the file before this Court as and when the fresh application is moved.

Copy of order be given dasti to counsel for respondent No.2. The application stands disposed of.
