The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed a status report, inter alia, stating that the demolition (which was sought to be impugned in the present petition) was successfully carried out at the site on 28.09.2018 between 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM in the presence of police and SDMC officials. The said status report is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
