The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent nos.1 & 2 be directed to initiate proceedings for the extradition of respondent no.3.

Respondent no.3 is a Canadian citizen. Apparently, there are certain matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and respondent no.3.
Respondent no.3 has also filed for divorce in the Superior Court of
Newfoundland, Canada.

The petitioner, on the other hand, has filed a complaint for Domestic Violence as well as a complaint in the CAW cell. 5.
This Court is not persuaded to pass any such direction as sought for by the petitioner. The decision whether extradition proceedings are to be initiated rests with the concerned Authorities. The petitioner has commenced proceedings and the same would be concluded in accordance with law.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
