Counsel for non applicants/petitioner submits that the instant application amounts to delay in deciding the appeal by the petitioner. However, keeping in view the reasons stated in the said application, I hereby allow the application.

Consequently, the applicant/respondent is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within six weeks from today. It is made clear that no further time shall be extended. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
