% 21.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chaliswan ceremony of petitioner's father is to take place on 24th August, 2017 between 10 AM to 4 PM in his village, i.e., Village Sankni, P.S. Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be taken in custody to his village to attend the chaliswan ceremony of his father on 24th August, 2017 between 10 AM to 4 PM.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
