The Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC) have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners against the summoning Orders dated 01.07.2015 and 20.05.2017 respectively.

the Petitioners, to file the Revision Petitions, before the learned Sessions Court. It is submitted that the Revision Petitions have already been filed before the learned Sessions Court but the Condonation Applications are being considered by the Court.

Learned ASJ to proceed in accordance with law and may consider the exclusion of the time taken before this Court, while considering the Condonation Applications.
