O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 300/2018 This joint application under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the parties to the arbitration proceedings seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the final award adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Having perused the contents of the petition, the time for making the Arbitral Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 16.10.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
