The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted. In the circumstances, the order passed on 23.01.2017 is made absolute till the conclusion of the arbitration proceedings. However, it is clarified that this order will not preclude the respondents from seeking vacation or modification of the order dated 23.01.2017 passed in these proceedings. The arbitral tribunal is also not precluded in any manner from entertaining the said application and passing appropriate orders. The petition is disposed of.
