O R D E R

% 22.08.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.745/14 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar. Status report is on record. (2) By an order dated 21.07.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

(3) The parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and BAIL APPLN. 1430/2015

Conciliation Centre to explore settlement.

Mediation Report/Settlement Agreement dated 15.01.2016 on record reflects that disputes have been resolved.

(4) It is informed that pursuant to the settlement first motion for divorce by mutual consent has been allowed. Second motion is yet to be filed.

(5) Since the matter has been settled between the parties before Mediation Centre, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required. (6) In case of violation of the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.01.2016, the parties will be at liberty to approach this Court.

(7) The bail application stands disposed of.
