O R D E R

% 30.05.2016 Learned counsel for the parties have filed the details of the payment to be made by the judgment debtor to the decree holder in satisfaction of the Award. The said details depicts, payment to be made as under:- BSES desires to pay in 4 installments dates (1) 5.06.2016 = 50,00,000/- Taken interest for the unpaid amount @ 10% (2) 10.07.2016 = 48,58,857/-

(3) 10.08.2016 = 50,83,333/- Full and final instalment amount

(4) 10.09.2016 = 50,41,667/- Mr. Dutta, states that the schedule depicted in the details shall be adhered to. In fact, he has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.50 lakhs,

bearing No.884356, dated June 5, 2016, drawn on Axix Bank Ltd to the learned counsel for the decree holder.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by holding, if the payments, as per schedule are not adhered to, the liberty would be there to the petitioner to revive the execution petition. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MAY 30, 2016/ak
