O R D E R

% 02.01.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 5th September, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.1693/2016, whereby the respondent-DDA was directed to allot either Plot No.1/92A, Block-I, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi or Plot No.B-264, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Delhi to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that despite making several representations, the respondents have not complied with the aforesaid order till date.

Mr.Arun Birbal, learned counsel for DDA who appears on advance notice states that the competent authority has accepted the order dated 5th September, 2016 and shall definitely implement the same within a period of twelve weeks.

Consequently, the aforesaid statement/undertaking given by Mr.Arun Birbal is accepted by this Court and the respondents are held bound by the same. In the event, the allotment is not made to the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks from today, Rs.25,000/- shall be deducted from the salary of Director (Industrial Lands), DDA and shall be paid to the petitioners.

With the aforesaid direction, present contempt petition stand disposed of.
