Ordinarily, I would have imposed costs while dismissing this RFA, but after hearing the arguments and at the stage of dictation of the judgment, counsel for the appellant states that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed. 2.

The appeal is rightly not pressed because how is the appellantcompany concerned, who owns shares with it once a judgment of a court of law comes that it is the plaintiff in the suit, respondent no.1 herein, who is the owner of the shares and there are no other judicial proceedings pending with respect to claim of ownership of the disputed shares. RFA 758/2017
