% 27.02.2017 Mr. Yeeshu Jain, learned counsel appearing for respondent states that he has instructions to state, vide communication dated 28th July, 2004, respondent had sought the following documents from Sh. Rajey Lal:
1. Legal heir certificate issued by the concerned LAC/SDM.
2. Relinquishment Deed / Indemnity Bond executed by the other legal heirs of the deceased recorded owner duly registered with the Sub-Registrar Office.
3. Payment certificate in respect of compensation amount.
4. Food Card / Election I-Card, 2-Passport size photographs and 3specimen signature duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.
5. Affidavit in prescribed format for not owing immovable property in urban area of Delhi.
Unfortunately the same have not been submitted by Sh. Rajey lal. He also states that subject to the seniority position of the application, if the
petitioner submits the aforesaid documents, the application shall be considered in accordance with law.
Mr. N.S. Dalal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that documents shall be submitted within four weeks from today. Mr. Jain states that application shall be decided within six weeks thereafter by giving the petitioner a personal hearing, if required. Noting the submissions made, no further orders are required to be passed and further Mr. Dalal states that aforesaid shall satisfy the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of as such. V.
