O R D E R

% 31.08.2017 During the course of hearing, Mr. Jagjit Singh, ld. counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the arbitration clause forming part of the subject contract, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the arbitration clause in accordance with law and any of the claims and the contentions of the petitioner may be raked-up during the arbitral proceedings including the issue of termination, which shall be gone into by the Arbitral Tribunal.

In view of the foregoing, ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to invoke the arbitration clause in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. Interim order stands vacated.
