'iv Sharma have settled their disputçs amicably, therefore, FIR No. 618/2015 under Sections 419/420/467/468/469/471/120B IPC registered at Police Station Nagaf Garh on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Affidavit of the respondent no. 2 is on record in both the matters. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by Inspector I Shankar Lal, P.S. Najaf Garh. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at between him and the petitioners. Keeping in mind the fact that settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, inasmuch as, respondent no.

2 is not interested in pursuing the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 618/2015 under Sections 419/420/467/468/469/471/120B IPC registered at Police Station NajafGarh, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
