% 29.08.2017 Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the aunt (mausi) of the 16 years old girl Nandani, who was missing since 25.07.2017. Notice was issued in the matter. We are informed by Mr. Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for the State that the missing girl Nandani has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was recorded before the MM, Rohini on 10.08.2017. She was produced before Child Welfare Committee (CWC) on 11.08.2017. Copies of the proceedings before the CWC and MM, Roini have been produced in Court. The missing girl has stated that she had left her parental home out of her free will with Monu. Monu has had no physical relation with her. Mr. Mehra submits that the custody of the girl has been restored to her mother Sangita by the order of the CWC, Sewa Kutir Complex, Kingway Camp, Delhi dated 11.08.2017. Accordingly, nothing survives in the writ petition; the writ petition is dismissed.
