% 07.12.2018 In the present petition, notice was issued limited to prayer (c) in the writ petition whereby the petitioner had prayed for registration of FIR under Section 174A IPC against the Proclaimed Offenders Sanjay Chawla and Rajesh Taneja.

Status report has been filed. As per the status report FIR No. 512/2018 under Section 174A IPC was registered at PS Karol Bagh against accused persons on 27th November, 2018.

In view of the status report no further orders are required to be called for in the writ petition.

The same will accordingly disposed of.
