The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that respondent no.5 has already filed an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') assailing the arbitral award. 2.

In effect, the petitioner seeks enforcement of the said award by way of the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 36 of the Act for enforcement of the arbitral award.

In the meanwhile, the respondents are restrained from alienating any of their immovable assets. The respondents are also restrained from alienating or dealing with their movable assets except in the normal course of business.

This order will be operative for a further period of 30 days from today.
