% 08.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 347/2010 under Sections 324/34 IPC registered at police station Tilak Nagar may be quashed. Petitioner no.2 is son of petitioner no.1.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sunil Chandra of police station Tilak Nagar. She submits that petitioners are her relatives.

A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter. With the intervention of family members and other common friends, she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR in view of the settlement and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a quarrel took place between the relatives which had led to the registration of present FIR and that the matter has been amicably settled between them, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 347/2010 under Sections 324/34 IPC registered at police station Tilak Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
